Heaven Mills Gluten Free Hamantaschen Cookies

"Yesterday, I tried two varieties from Heaven Mills at a gathering for the Jewish holiday Purim -Raspberry and Apricot.
The cookie dough is a little thicker than regular Hamantaschen. The texture is soft, light, fluffy and just slightly crumbly. The cookie part itself has a slight lemon and vanilla taste.
The jam fillings are very sweet and full of flavor.
Thumbs up to Heaven Mills once again!"
Note: the name has been changed from hamantaschen to tarts, but the product is the same.
